- Wobbling or rocking pavers underfoot: the bedding layer has eroded.
- Faded color and stubborn stains: the surface is overdue for a clean and reseal.
Why small problems get expensive
A soft spot the size of a dinner plate is a cheap fix: lift the pavers, rebuild the base, reset and re-sand. Left alone, water keeps working on the base and the dip spreads across the surface. The earlier we see it, the smaller the repair.
